Start the year off right and join fellow Impact 100 members to learn how many grants we will be awarding in 2011. Meet other members and sign-up for Focus Area Committees and other volunteer opportunities.

Light refreshments and a selection of hot teas will be available.

We will be joined by Sally Alspaugh, Director of Family Philanthropy at Xavier University. She will give us an overview of the current state of philanthropy in America.

Sally has over 30 years of experience in financial, investment, philanthropic and estate planning. She has spoken for many audiences in the southern Ohio region regarding family legacy and has counseled hundreds of individuals and families regarding the most efficient and best ways to enhance and deploy their human, intellectual and social capital.

The Conaton Learning Center is located at the corner of Dana and Ledgewood Avenues on the campus of Xavier University.

Directions and Parking Instructions:

Traveling to Xavier via northbound Interstate 71:

Take the Dana Avenue/Montgomery Road (Exit 5).

Turn left onto Duck Creek Road

At the second stop light, turn left onto Dana Avenue.

Turn right on to Ledgewood

Turn right at the first street (not named) and turn right to park behind Smith Hall

Traveling to Xavier via southbound Interstate 71:

Take Interstate 71 south to Dana Avenue (Exit 5)

Turn right off the exit onto Dana Avenue west

Turn right on to Ledgewood

Turn right at the first street (not named) and turn right to park behind Smith Hall

Traveling to Xavier via north/south Interstate 75:

Take Interstate 75 north/south to Ohio State Route 562 (Exit 7) going east.

Take U.S. Route 42, Reading Road (Exit 2)

Turn right off exit onto U.S. Route 42, Reading Road south

Turn left at the third light onto Victory Parkway

Turn left at the third light onto Dana Avenue

Turn left on to Ledgewood

Turn right at the first street (not named) and turn right to park behind Smith Hall.

Directions from Smith Hall Parking lot to Kennedy Lecture Hall:

Enter Smith Hall from parking lot, turn left in hallway and walk to end, turn right to come out of Smith Hall. Cross Ledgewood over to the Conaton Learning Commons.  

The Kennedy Lecture Hall is straight ahead.  Look for Impact 100 volunteers to help guide you.
